Scene & Sounds of the Crime project will be a 3-minute-ish video that uses a two different tones or moods (could be a combo of humor, creepiness, suspense, weirdness, romance) through a sense of place and a purposeful sound design that does not rely on music. No or almost no dialogue though actors can be in the frame.
